Shipments and Returns

If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason we will gladly accept exchange of full price, unworn, unmarked merchandise returned to us within 7 days of order date.

We do not refund if garment is no longer suitable or does not fit or if you decide you don’t want a garment once it has arrived.

Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatch. If a garment is deemed faulty it will be replaced within a reasonable time or if garment is  not available it will be refunded .

By clicking PLACE ORDER confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of transaction. This also applies if you receive an item and refuse to accept the package from Postal/Courier company.

When placing an order please choose carefully as we do not refund for incorrect ordering of size or simple change of mind.

We do not exchange or refund on sale items.

we will issue an RA Number to return.

We will provide you with a credit note or exchange on the returned item as long as the garment is unworn, unmarked,  and in its original condition. This does not include any cost incurred  by us for the cost of  postage/freight  to send the items to you or to have them returned to us. Should there be a style or size that you are looking for and is not on our website email us the style number or contact our store and we will check availability for you.
