We gladly accept exchanges of full-price, unworn, unmarked merchandise returned within 7 days of the order date. Please note, we do not refund for change of mind or if a garment is no longer suitable. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at jamwomanclothing@gmail.com or call (02) 4227 4177. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.
We offer flat-rate $10 shipping Australia-wide with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days. Orders placed before 2pm AEST are processed faster. Please note these times are a guide and not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.
All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will happily replace the garment within a reasonable time or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
