Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. If you are unsure we highly recommend contacting us for sizing advice before purchasing.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges of full-price, unworn, unmarked merchandise returned within 7 days of the order date. Please note, we do not refund for change of mind or if a garment is no longer suitable. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at jamwomanclothing@gmail.com or call (02) 4227 4177. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.

How long does delivery take?

We offer flat-rate $10 shipping Australia-wide with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days. Orders placed before 2pm AEST are processed faster. Please note these times are a guide and not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.

Question 5

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will happily replace the garment within a reasonable time or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

Definitely! We stock a huge range of labels. If you're looking for a specific style or designer, email us the details at jamwomanclothing@gmail.com or call the store. We will check our inventory for you.
